Actualización de septiembre disponible para Galaxy A53 5G en EE. UU.

El Galaxy A53 5G es el último teléfono inteligente de Samsung en recibir el parche de seguridad de Android de septiembre de 2022. El nuevo rango medio premium que la compañía lanzó a principios de este año recibirá la actualización de seguridad en los EE. UU. este mes. La actualización está activa tanto para las unidades desbloqueadas como para las bloqueadas por el operador. Las versiones internacionales del teléfono también deberían estar disponibles pronto.

La versión de mantenimiento de seguridad (SMR) de septiembre para el Galaxy A53 5G comenzó a implementarse en las unidades desbloqueadas en los EE. UU. hace unos días. La actualización vino con la versión de firmware A536U1UES4AVH4. Las variantes bloqueadas por el operador siguieron a principios de esta semana. La versión de firmware actualizada para este último es A536USQU3AVH1. Según SamMobile, quien informó por primera vez este lanzamiento, el nuevo paquete de software para el teléfono está disponible en todas las principales redes de operadores, incluidos AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Comcast y Xfinity Mobile.

Según las versiones de firmware, esta actualización parece traer más que solo las últimas correcciones de vulnerabilidades a las unidades Galaxy A53 5G bloqueadas por el operador. Pero esas podrían ser algunas de las optimizaciones de confiabilidad y estabilidad del sistema de Samsung. No tenemos ninguna esperanza de que la compañía implemente nuevas funciones importantes. Samsung ya ha revelado que el SMR de septiembre corrige más de 50 vulnerabilidades. Galaxy A53 recibe actualización de seguridad de septiembre en EE. UU.

Todas las soluciones de privacidad y seguridad antes mencionadas ahora se implementan en el Galaxy A53 5G en los EE. UU. Como de costumbre, la actualización llegará a todas las unidades elegibles por aire (OTA) en los próximos días. Puede verificar manualmente las actualizaciones de OTA a través de la aplicación Configuración. Desplácese hacia abajo hasta la sección Actualización de software y seleccione la opción Descargar e instalar debajo. Si no hay ninguna actualización disponible, espere unos días más.
