Google Messages finalmente comienza a darnos la capacidad de responder de la manera que queremos

Si es usuario de Mensajes de Google, probablemente le encantará poder responder a mensajes RCS específicos con un Emoji. Es mucho más fácil y simple agregar 😍 a la publicación de alguien que escribir una respuesta real.

Sin embargo, el problema es que los comentarios en Mensajes de Google actualmente están limitados a solo siete opciones: 👍,😍,😂,😲,😢,😠 y 👎. Si bien todas esas son buenas opciones, no se aplican a todas las situaciones. ¿Qué pasa si quieres responder con un emoji que significa «No sé»? ¿O tal vez uno que signifique «eso me da hambre»? No hay nada en esas siete opciones que funcione.

Afortunadamente, parece que Google se está preparando para rectificar esto. Como lo señaló 9to5Google, ciertos usuarios beta de la aplicación Mensajes verán un nuevo conjunto de opciones en la barra flotante que aparece cuando mantiene presionado un mensaje RCS. El nuevo menú intercambia el 👎 y lo reemplaza con un nuevo ícono que muestra el selector completo de Emoji. Esto le permitiría responder a un mensaje con uno de los cientos de emojis disponibles, no solo siete.

Respuestas de mensajes de Google: ¿cuándo aterrizan?

9to5Google en realidad vi esto en septiembre en uno de los desmontajes de ITV. Sin embargo, esta es la primera vez que probamos esto en el canal beta. Dado el gran atractivo de esta función y la velocidad a la que se está probando, existe una buena posibilidad de que llegue a la versión estable de la aplicación.

Esperamos que esto se convierta en una parte estándar de Mensajes en las próximas semanas. Sin embargo, tendremos que esperar a que Google anuncie formalmente estas respuestas de Google Messages antes de que podamos decir algo con seguridad.
