La nueva actualización interrumpe el emparejamiento de Bluetooth en Pixel Buds A-Series, la solución llegará pronto

Google lanzó una nueva actualización de firmware para Pixel Buds A-Series hace unos días. Fue una actualización menor con el número de compilación 3.519.0, un pequeño salto desde la versión de firmware 3.514 que se implementó en octubre pasado. La compañía ni siquiera proporcionó un registro de cambios para la última versión, lo que sugiere que fue solo un solucionador de errores que cualquier otra cosa. Pero Google parece haber estropeado algo. La actualización introdujo un error importante de Bluetooth que causaba problemas de emparejamiento para los usuarios de Pixel Buds A-Series.

Poco después de que la actualización llegara a un número significativo de usuarios, surgieron informes en el foro oficial de la comunidad de Google y en Reddit de que los Pixel Buds A-Series se niegan a emparejarse con varios dispositivos. Estos auriculares TWS no son compatibles con Bluetooth multipunto para múltiples conexiones simultáneas. Google es consciente de este error de emparejamiento de Pixel Buds A-Series

Afortunadamente, Google ya está al tanto de este error de emparejamiento introducido por la última actualización de la serie A de Pixel Buds. La compañía dice que está trabajando en una solución. Dicha solución llegará a todos los usuarios de todo el mundo el lunes 6 de febrero, anunció ayer un Community Manager en los foros oficiales de Google. Si no ha actualizado sus auriculares a la versión de firmware 3.519.0, deberá esperar hasta el lunes para instalar nuevas actualizaciones.

Si ha habilitado las actualizaciones automáticas para sus Pixel Buds A-Series, le recomendamos que también las deshabilite. Vaya a Configuración > Bluetooth en su teléfono y seleccione sus auriculares. Ahora toque el ícono de configuración y navegue hasta Más configuraciones> Actualización de firmware y desactive la opción «Actualizaciones automáticas». No olvide buscar una nueva actualización de firmware en los próximos días.
